In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, you may select from the following payment option.

CASH & CARDS:

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover card and Care Credit. Care Credit is a dental credit card which requires application and credit check.

It offer interest free financing program from three months, six months or twelve months base on the approval amount.

PERSONAL CHECK:

INSURANCE ASSIGNMENT:

We understand the value of insurance benefits and we will assist you in obtaining your maximum allowance. We will process your claim and estimate your deductible and your co-payment amount. Co-payment is due at the time of the service and may be paid by any of the above methods. The final payment made by the insurance may be different from the original estimate and overage will be refunded or any underpayment will be billed directly to you. The treatment choices made are between the doctor and the patent and may not coincide with allowances by the patient's employer's insurance contract. In that event you are responsible for the entire amount of the service.
